Saturday again. Feels like my sleeping's all fucked, woke up at 2AM and then tried to fall asleep again. Woke up at 10AM and I'm now trying to get my shit together. Spent yesterday on various projects and this morning I was poking my Heroku install of Juice Shop and got the x-scripting tutorial done. Going to watch CyberMentor's video series on it to get a little more out of it. Getting it done would give me a foothold in bug bounty hunting that would be pretty rad.

I picked up a few games now. The first is Untitled Goose Game, where you're a goose terrorizing a small village. It was a lot of fun, I might of played it for about half and hour. Not sure if I want to play it with the mouse and keyboard or a gamepad. Seems like a nice quircky game, just the kind I like.

Another game I picked up on a whim is I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream. I remember a friend of mine having this game when I was like 10 years old and he described the game with this grim awe. Gotta say, the graphics really give it a sort of nostalgic 90's anxiety. I think Harlan Ellison's voice acting as AM is a bit jarring but I'm rolling with it. Like a real game, this one doesn't help you at all and I'm just bumping through it, pixel-hunting and actually have to use problem solving skills. Refreshing after getting used to getting spoonfed easy gameplay for all these years. Sometimes it feels like games just play themselves these days.

A few days ago I made my niece email account and I'm thinking of sending messages to it once in a while. I'll give it to her once she gets older. I'm probably going to just send messages with pictures once in a while during special occassions. Don't want to swamp her inbox. I'm probably going to host the pics on my own server so they're not on some random server somewhere in California teaching facial recognision algorithms.

Gonna try to be productive today, do some of the Juice Shop challenges, some of another projets and maybe some server stuff. Better get up and at it.
